Credit: The Cabal The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger. "Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix." We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research. If we follow the EU, maybe we'll round up the illegal population for the camps. In my dreams, FEMA will realize that the breach of our borders by those who wish to do us harm will be a true Federal Emergency that they Manage Aggressively.

Bush pledges help, meets with Punta Gorda residents
By DAVID HACKETT
Sarasota Herald-Tribune
PUNTA GORDA President Bush toured hard-hit Charlotte County on Sunday, pledging a coordinated effort by federal, state and local governments to bring relief to thousands of residents whose lives were turned upside down by Hurricane Charley.
Compassion is on the move, the president said during a walking tour of a Punta Gorda neighborhood. What Im telling you is a lot of help is moving into this part of the world.
Aware that his father was president in 1992 when the federal government was criticized for slow response to Hurricane Andrew, Bush said, Its really important when we say were going to do something we actually do it.
The federal government has already declared Charlotte and 24 other Florida counties disaster areas, which can include grants to help pay for temporary housing, home repairs and other serious disaster-related expenses.
In addition, the Federal Emergency Management Agency is sending supply kits, including tarps, plywood and water.
Although Bush said he did not have a damage estimate, state officials told the Associated Press that damage to insured homes alone could top $11 billion. The death toll from Fridays hurricane was raised from 13 to 16.

From your Panama Canal article:
"While there is no direct evidence linking the canal with a specific threat, officials worry it could be a likely target.
In April 2001, a suspected al-Qaida figure identified as Adnan Gulshair El Shukrijumah arrived in Panama legally from the United States and stayed for 10 days, said Panama's security council chief, Ramiro Jarvis."
Isn't El Shukrijumah the one who is nicknamed Jafar the Pilot and thought to be the next Mohamed Atta?
I agree and the Florida storms will also see an impact on the stocks,

In 1999, the Advisory Board of the Panama Canal was established as a forum of first class leaders of the international community who would contribute with their opinions and experiences towards a better future for the Canal. The Advisory Board of the Panama Canal is integrated by distinguished representatives of the maritime and business world and meets whenever it is convened.
