There is no affirmative action in hollywood. HW is very much a typecasting bigoted institution. You're not too familiar with Will Smith's career then to know how hard he has worked. No nblack person in hollywood ever got there because of affirmative action.
I suppose Will didn't think enough blacks died on 9-11 for him to be affected.
This is how Jesse Jackson stays in business. He and others promote hatred disguised as unity and pride. People like Condi Rice, Colin Powell, Clarence Thomas, Larry Elder, etc, scare the hell out of them. I'm rather surprised that the usual suspects have kept quiet about Bill Cosby's remarks. What he said goes directly against their agenda.
I think I'll hold off on condemning Will Smith for his remarks. The German papers are no friend of America, and his remarks could have been taken out of context. His movies are among the few that I can trust to let my kids watch and he and Jada set a good example as married parents.
