I have just heard on KVI Talk Radio (John Carlson show) that they have just been told from a source on the ground in Iraq that al-Sadar has just been captured. They are waiting for more info. This person, I believe a soldier, John says is a very reliable source for news on the ground. Keeping my fingers crossed. John Carlson said he will provide more details as it comes in.

It's not confirmed yet. I want to see it on Fox first (or Drudge). I want photos like Saddam and his rat hole. By the way, does anyone know when that guy will be swinging on a hangman's noose? Can't the Iraqis do the quick trial version and get on with it - preferably before the election. That will be one photo Bush deserves all the credit for.

Washington here also and I heard it on KVI. Even though he didn't say who his contact was, I'd think it was Brian Suits. Brian Suits is the 6-9pm Host at KVI before his reserve unit was activated. We get Larry Eldar and Tony Snow on tape delay while he is gone.
