My e-mail to the TV station:
Let me see if I've got this right.
Michale Moore can peddle his dishonest vituperative jeramiad against George Bush with impunity in venues ranging from Internet Web sites to movie theaters to football stadiums all over the world and get free advertising for it from TV stations like yours.
The hollywood elite can gather publically to jeer and issue uspeakable filty epithets against a sitting American President in war-time, comparing him to Adolf Hitler and the gender-specific aspects of a particularly ugly and loud-mouthed movie star, and John Kerry and his admirers can call this "the heart and soul of America" without consequence.
George Soros and other wealthy elitists can throw untold millions at organizations and book-writing and film-making efforts whose prime focus is to bash George Bush in every imaginable manner while extolling the virtues their own anointed, and there is not ONE WHIMPER of outcry from the Bush Administration or the predominant media outlets.
And that's as it should be.
It's the First Amendment at work.
But let a few veterans try to tell THEIR story about John Kerry and his lawyers and the lawyers from the Democrat National Comitte descend as legions of demons threatening to wreak every imaginable legal harm they can visit upon anybody who gives them air time.
You, sirs, are COWARDS, and are NOT FIT to benefit from the First Amendment for which these veterans paid with their OWN BLOOD and the blood of their dearest friends.
Shame on you!
