Have you never heard the Peanut President?????? Bush is absolutely eloquent when compared with cartbilly. Jimmy Carter was boring and uninspiring. So was Gerald Ford. But neither tripped over words or paused in the wrong places the way that W does.
This is a minor complaint. GWB is already a better President than either of the aforementioned. And as I have said in this thread, his speech is improving.
