Yeah, but it doesn't seem like they're actually going after SwiftVets. That would be a direct challenge, which would ultimately collapse on them. They're going after the messenger, who is more likely to back down.
They aren't threatening to sue the Swift boat Vets, they are threatening to sue the stations that carry the ad. It much easier to demand censorship and get compliance from the liberal media. What needs to be done is for the swift boat vets to issue letters threatening to sue if the stations refuse their ad.
