Hoffman said the swiftboat veterans earned, with their blood and their service, the right to speak the truth about their own unit. He said they knew Kerry well, and McCain did not.
I hope you can find a transcript of their official response. It was devastating.

I think the WH should not denounce this ad.
They can take a hands off aproach-the WH did not denounce or comment on Kerry's vets-they should take the same approach with this group.
