Rush is saying two law firms, one for the Kerry campaign and one for the DNC sent letters to two TV stations saying the swift boat vets are FRAUDS and the things they say are "libelous". Basically threatening to sue if the stations run the ads.

There is no libel -- there can't be, he's a public figure, and he, his primary opponents, and his organization (and all the shadow organizations that goose-step alongside, as well as the DNC, and the partisan media shills) has been conducting a libelous campaign.
