I have this on in back round. We are getting some pings of red. I not sure what this means. Can you help me out? Anyone?

I ignore the visuals and rely on the audio only. It's really no more than a global sensor array for detecting brain emissions. It's a global EEG of sorts.
The only reason I check it is because of the way they reacted to 9/11 (and the 24 hours PRIOR), in conjunction with the way they reacted during the global "minute of silence".
