A new film set for release from PARAMOUNT has raised the pop culture threat levels at the White House -- a film which mocks the war on terror and media urgency using puppets, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
"I really do not think terrorism is funny, and I would suggest PARAMOUNT give respect to those fighting and sacrificing to keep America safe," a senior Bush adviser told the DRUDGE REPORT this weekend.
The new fuss film TEAM AMERICA, set for release two weeks before the November presidential election, is entering post-production from with SOUTH PARK creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone
A deep voice using serious tones opens the film's teaser: "We live in a time of unparalleled danger. Weapons of Mass Destruction are being offered to terrorists all over the world. Global chaos is about to consume every country on Earth. And there is only one hope for humanity."
The senior Bush adviser, who asked not to be named, fumed after seeing the movie's official website and trailer.
"This is just unconscionable. Not funny. And I believe it makes fun of everyone in law enforcement... and in the armed services who work tirelessly to keep us safe from harm."
Marionette puppets are used throughout the film to mock terror threats, and media figures who dominate the nation's airwaves.
Think they have the guts to do the premier in Manhattan? Bet they don't.
Please put me on the RPR ping list.

Bugs Bunny made fun of the enemy during WWII, as did a lot of other cartoons.I have a copy of that first Bugs cartoon. "Politically incorrect" doesn't even begin to cover it....LOL!http://www.authentichistory.com/images/ww2/toons/ww2toons01.html

This will be a pro-America/Anti-lib movie. The White House is denouncing it to get the libs to see it and distancing themselves from it so it has an independent impact.
Actually, the moral of the Christmas Episode (y'know, the one with Mr. Hanky the X-mas Poo?) was: "If you take Jesus out of Christmas, all you have is crap...."
Hey - don't try to use facts on her! She knows someone who was a producer, and according to her connection, they hate bush - so that's all we need to know!
I came; I saw; I spanked.
I'm done with her now. :)
Trivia - The actor who played Lebeau/Lebeaux was a concentration camp survivor. The three main German characters were played by Jewish actors.
Back to the thread, there is a lot about the jihadists to make fun of. The PC crowd will be all over this movie.
Seems to me that the libs are putting on quite a dog-and-pony show starring so many inept, blatantly stupid characters
it boggles the imagination.
What they don't realize is that they will be ultimately upstaged by the stellar performance of the inimitable Bush/Cheney duo, and, alas and alack, the true stars of the show will leave the podium with all the Oscars, and a crushed and disillusioned Socialist/Leftist/Dumbocrat following will be forced to slink away in defeat.
Doesn't that sound nice? :)
THANK YOU VERY MUCH! You have just made my point crystal clear.
You wouldn't have laughed about the seriously nauseating crimes of Nathaniel Bar-Jonah, but because Trey Parker and Matt Stone made a cartoon out of such a situation, it's funny to you. In essence, you laugh at it because Parker and Stone told you it's supposed to be funny.
D-Day was a terrible thing for the soldiers involved, so I guess you must be opposed to Saving Private Ryan.
What a lame attempt at a parallel. If Saving Private Ryan starred Pauly Shore, perhaps. But it was a reverent and serious account of something that actually happened.
The South Park Republican exists for lack of a better term. You know us when you see us though, and extreme youth is NOT necessary to be a SPR. On the flip side of that, I know some fogey-ish 20-somethings that would give old O.C. a run for his money when it comes to scoldings, etc.
I can tell you're one of us, though, and that you and me'd probably get along just fine.
It helps that you named one of my all-time favorite albums in your post. The Stones will never lose their cool. NEVER.
Exile kicks ass and takes names for all 18 cuts (esp. "Happy", "Rocks off", and the shout it, shout it, shout it out loud chorus of "Loving Cup").
Roll me one for your peace....and vote Bush for your health.
The fact is Comedy Central would never have aired an anti-Gore sitcom and anyone who knows the execs involved would understand that. "That's My Bush" was totally, completely anti GW and no "conservative Republican" on Earth would have created it.
It wasn't satire, parody or even comedy. It was filth directed at the President and First Lady. I'm a working comedy writer in Hollywood who is no shnking violet and it made me sick.
Google all you want...that doesn't change reality.
Back to google.
Reagan was a democrat who fought off the communists in Hollywood, long before he went for office.
Progeganda from hollywood is a goal of communists.
