A new film set for release from PARAMOUNT has raised the pop culture threat levels at the White House -- a film which mocks the war on terror and media urgency using puppets, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
"I really do not think terrorism is funny, and I would suggest PARAMOUNT give respect to those fighting and sacrificing to keep America safe," a senior Bush adviser told the DRUDGE REPORT this weekend.
The new fuss film TEAM AMERICA, set for release two weeks before the November presidential election, is entering post-production from with SOUTH PARK creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone
A deep voice using serious tones opens the film's teaser: "We live in a time of unparalleled danger. Weapons of Mass Destruction are being offered to terrorists all over the world. Global chaos is about to consume every country on Earth. And there is only one hope for humanity."
The senior Bush adviser, who asked not to be named, fumed after seeing the movie's official website and trailer.
"This is just unconscionable. Not funny. And I believe it makes fun of everyone in law enforcement... and in the armed services who work tirelessly to keep us safe from harm."
Marionette puppets are used throughout the film to mock terror threats, and media figures who dominate the nation's airwaves.
Just download them!
On Aug. 6th I will be going to the movies for the first time in a long time. Going to see...
For those Americans who haven't quite got it, this war has definitely exposed the traitors in our midst.
I guess you object to the ridicule of Hitler in WWII-era cartoons & such, too?
Bingo!
Or, as others have said, it could be a rightly calculated move. Appease the OC crowd of stiffys, while also using the old rule of telling someone not to do something and they do it more to get the younger crowd into the seats.
Nope,they're supposedly Libertarians.
The stupidity and perversity of the Hollywood types is beyond belief. What were they (drinking)thinking?
I heard they are Klingons.
LOL
I would not trash Trey and Matt so fast, South park is funny as hell and they tend to bash liberals far more than conservatives. I could see this movie if it gets funny reviews.
ping
Trey and Matt are not Hollywood types. Infact they despise eachother. And the hollywood liberal jet set is mocked and ridiculed in this movie beyond anything previous. Michael Moore is perpetually mustard stained!
It's anything for a buck. Absolutely anything. They only pay lip service to patriotism because they have no real concept of loyalty or honor.
It will really be ironic if the release of this film has to be delayed because of a terrorist attack.
Ditto in the trailer they bash Michael Moore, Sean Penn, Tim Robbins, Susan Sarandon, Janeane Garofalo, Kerry, Kim Jong Il...and yes they mention Bush, but I think, this will make antiwar liberals look foolish.
South Park ping?
There will be a terrorist attack between now and two weeks before this movie is scheduled to be released.
The movie will then be shelved until a later time, and the these socialist anti-American lowlifes will look like idiots.
You heard it here first--saved to disk for future use.
I agree with you that this could be a very smart move by the WH.
