ABC and sSTeffie showed the Wendy's footage, but only Edwards with the Marines, not Hanoi John!
did he report it correctly
post 252,,,incredibly good and funny!
Shades of Clintoon.
Re. the Marine flap at Wendy's. Isn't it amazing that the Kerry crew didn't MAKE SURE THERE WERE NOTHING BUT FRIENDLY FOLKS IN THERE. Kerry is probably pissed up the wazoo. Made him look just like the fool he is. I love those Marines!
I never put 2 + 2 together: Russert and Rush at Thanksgiving! Of course! Disappointed in Rush--even at the pinnacle, apparently it's all about wanting more of the spotlight...
That's why Rush acts like Russert is neutral politically--
What is Sean Hannity's excuse?!
CajunGirl, great post. I go through exactly the same thought processes. I really believe, like you, that we're going to find out in this election whether America still has a backbone and a fundamental core of common sense. If we elect this poser and his retinue into the White House, I think we are effectively done as a country. Might take a while to happen, but our military, our economy, our self-respect, our governmental system, our spirituality -- it's all going down the drain. Sounds strong, but I believe that.
Kerry if elected won't be a dictator, of that I am sure. He will be a puppet. He will dress up as President, talk serious, have really wonderful parties, summer in Nantucket, travel abroad alot. He and Tereza will be on the cover of people, will go to the Hamptons, she will wear wonderful clothes and pose alot. The radical left will run him, run the government and he will be a well dressed, well coifed puppet.
There is no explaining away the vote, so said John Kerry in that infamous Face the Nation clip where he explains no one would be so irresponsible as to vote against it, which he then did !
LOL . This one will come back to bite him in the ass via in W's commercials.
So true!
Ditto.
Ditto both of you--this election (if Kerry wins) will change the country in unforseen ways that may not be reversible...at least not in our lifetimes.
Agreed completely.
I think he likes the DC cocktail parties too much. He doesn't want to "offend" his liberal friends.
He's a "McCainiac" anyway.
Russert=president of NBC news
another excellent point!
That's why I hang around here--to grow some smarts...lol
Me too. I'm going shopping!
Yes, they do. The left-dominant-bullying-media have done their best to erase imagesof military effort from viewer's eyes, unless it is a sob story.
Last week the Ronald Reagan entered her nome port of San Diego and the coverage was pitiful. I saw wonderful pictures from Freepers, that were much better than anything in the press.
Three battle groups just returned to Norfolk from tours and not a peep in the national media, because it would remind Americans to feel proud of our military.
Are all their collars white? Pink ties? coiffed hair?
