It sure is. Got to love it.
I love their song "Red Dirt Road" but the "where I Found Jesus" part is probably deemed not inclusive enough.

That made me laugh so loud, my doggies went nuts.

I think it's Brooks & Dunn, not Jackson
To: saveliberty
All I could think was Elmer Fudd singing "Kill the Wabbit, kill the Wabbit.."!
Did images of Kerry in the "Bunny" suit rush through your mind?

LOL!! I have a similar situation with the music from "Marriage of Figaro." All I can imagine is Bugs Bunny "treating" (more like torturing) Elmer Fudd's bald scalp.

Yup, "Dreams" by Van Hagar-- excellent song for a real crappy ticket.
To: LadyPilgrim
Thanks for sharing that one with me! I remember the all those kitchen smells. Funny, but every time I get a wiff of a paper mill, my memory takes me back to Lillian. On a hot summer evening we could always smell the Scott factory across Mobile Bay.

You can fish off the deck.....Built the cabin for guest....hope to one day open a B&B with it....But right now have been busy taking care of my 84 year old father who refuses to retire from his law practice...Still going to work a couple of days a week....Practicing law like they did in the '50 and his clients begging him not to retire...

Don't know how you can stand it. I'd have slashed my wrists by now, but then, I'm just a country gal who doesn't mingle with libs all that much.
Good luck! :-)

Exactly! How can anyone listed to Rossini now and not hear the brakes when Elmer and Bugs chase each other?

I love it down there.
We go to Fairhope every Sept, for my Sweet Baby to play golf. We stay in the Grand Marriot. Beautiful place.
I know what you mean about smells.
Something in my head tweeks a spot in my brain, and it is usually a sweet memory.
