Someone ask Mark Warner, why tuition rates at the Universities in Virginia have risen, and less tax money is going into the colleges of VA.
Do we have any polling from Virginia that gives us a clue?
Isn't VA one of those states where the Govt. demagogued their deficit, rammed a tax increase through, are now facing surpluses, and refuse to roll back the tax increases? Seems to me they were one of the worst offenders.
