That was extremely forgettable like most of the speeches for the last coupla days. He didn't even plagiarize the Bill of Rights of Martin Luther King right. He just stuck randon bytes here and there, at random, toward the end of his speech. Maybe he was trying to ad lib because he sensed he was losing the crowd.
