John Roberts notes the "Help is on the way" but says Kerry is saying that Bush/Cheney might have said it but now it's really on the way. Gee, it seemed to me they just stole it without the reference Roberts points to.
John Roberts said *it was a more negative speech* than they anticipated from Kerry. I have no idea why they wouldn't have anticipated such, but we here at FR did. Glad to see John Roberts at least recognize it for what it was.
