It's real simple. They're appealing to the wishy-washy through their emotions. They're doing everything possible to make Lurch look human and lying counts as bonus points. All the Dems have -- heck, all the *Communists* have ever had -- are emotional arguments. That's what you're seeing.
I just got a call from my neighbor at the convention. He is a democrat and a reporter for KYW in Philadelphia, one of the largest stations in the US.
He is disgusted.
He told me that this convention is so full of BS he is bailing out early because the only news are lies and bull puckie. This from a big demo.
He said he expected a civil convention. But instead it is Bush bashing all the time when not on camera. He continued that he will have a hard time writing his story for TV because the people he met were so hateful towards Bush.
He continued. "They have NO agenda, only Bush bashing"".
