If I remember correctly, Brit Hume talked about that on his show last night. He reported that the pictures had been cleared by the Kerry Campaign and approved them being posted on the NASA website.
The NASA photos were not only cleared by the Kerry campaign, the campaign asked for copies ASAP so they could get them out, and asked that NASA put them on their website.
Now for some strange reason they don't want to admit that?
