As Kerry stated early on in his screech, he's back HOME. Back home in the USSA.

I think TER-AY-SAH gave him her Valium. Or maybe it was his kid's Ritalin???

Kerry's under theme was "me too".
He could "me too" national defence.
He could "me too" the ecconomy.
He would HILARYCARE the medical industry.

Why have no pundits commented on this gesture? It makes me sick! And he is getting a total pass on it!.

Kerry and Edwards stole more lines this week than Milton Berle did in his whole 50 year career!

One of the worst acceptance speeches I have heard in my lifetime.Hope he is not expecting a dead-cat bounce. Maybe it's his delivery, but it was totally forgettable.

" have been here for 3 years and i am from Texas!!!"
If that's true then I'm very VERY afraid for the future of politics in my beloved state.

It was a ktchen sink speech, not a thematic speech. Try this: when you wake up tomorrow, try to remember one substantive thing he said. On the other hand, he didn't make any major flubs. The sweatiness was a problem; a lot of people think that sweaty people are liars.

The poor FR servers must be melting, too.
There have been over 500 posts the last 15 minutes, and no telling how many "refresh" requests, to boot.
Get out the fans and pour on some liquid N2, JimRob & John!

Norm! I love the picture of your overwhelmed kitty cat, it looks just like my gone-to-his-reward cat, who was named Norman!
LOL, if he get re-incarnated in another life for me I'll name him NormsRevenge!

John Kerry says he is a practicing Catholic. He should get down on his knees when he gets off this stage and ask the Lord to forgive him for being a lying sonuvabitch. (Applause..Applause)
I'll fully admit that I'm not the best Catholic in the world, but at least if I give my word, I do everything I can to keep it.
That isn't much to ask, but Kerry fails miserably.

Better yet, Thank You Jim Robinson (and Jesus) for Freerepublic and the knowledge (FINALLY!) that those of us trapped in liberalhell are actually not alone and actually CAN defeat these idiots with GW Bush today and four years from now with whomever we find and groom for the position.
