Congressman Harold Ford was just on with "Girlie Mahn" Matthews. Twice today he has used the term "people need to be able to buy beer". I don't know why he thinks that is what will convince people to vote for Sen. Ketchup.

Beer, huh. I confess I am lost with that one. Well, ok, buy Anheuser Bush and support my local economy, whatever.

About the only time I couldn't buy beer was when visiting Indiana and found out I couldn't buy beer at the store on a Sunday. I couldn't believe that! It was like an OUTRAGE!

Talk about condescending.
