I can't wait 'til S&W bring out a revolver made of this stuff!!!
Sure... that's what they TOLD you to say.
It has been suggested that these exotic alloys had their origin at Los Alamos (National Laboratory) and were smuggled out. Eventually made their way to the subjects of interest in the article.
It is true that weapons-related research at LANL has led to advanced material developments, some of which have been released for commercial application. I'm not qualified to judge if the seemingly anomalous chemical and physical properties, if reported correctly, are within the range that human enterprise could produce.
I don't rule out the possibility that intelligently-produced materials of extraterrestrial origin will eventually be found (or find us). It seems unlikely that they will not.
Yep, its Bush's fault!
The article doesn't get terribly specific about provenance, but I recall the publicity surrounding "Art's Parts" of a few years ago.
I think at the time, a lot was being made of the rather anomalous magnetic permeability characteristics of bismuth (its index is a very low -16.6); for more specifics, please see here.
And why can't I find "Pinelandia Biophysical Laboratory" (other than in Levengood's credentials) either by googling it or trying several yellow page directories for Grass Lake, MI? Is the guy calling his garage a "Biophysical Laboratory"?
Obviously, Linda Moulton Howe is setting a trap. She is hoping that aliens, being the curious beings that we are, will contact her to find out more about this anomolous little chunk of metal. Avoid her!
THANKS.
UFO PING LIST PING!
IF NOT a smoking gun, perhaps a smoking shell casing?
More of this such stuff will occur in the next 24 months, I'd wager.
Al Gore was born.
Where I work (giant defense company) Flight Test preparation
orders used to be written with instructions to look
for "strange anomalies"....as different than the usual anomalies
The description of these so-called scientists' procedures sounds a lot like a bunch of chimps playing with a strange new turd.
From bismuth and magnesium ???
Thanks for the link. Great article. I passed on to a few others. Little by little, the truth will out. Again, thanks.
What the.....This guy was at the DNC opening night.....kept following Al Gore around : )
Thanks for the ping, Quix. Fascinating stuff!
This plus the alien autopsy convinces me! </sarcasm>
And, no doubt,
just the tip of the
uhhhh mothership.
Right, metals and other things have magnetic properties that come in three flavors, paramagnetism being one. They were speculating a saucer structure might be made of magnetic materials with special characteristics so it could fly when energized. That's the way it is sometimes on the Art Bell Show.
