I was not aware that Farida Ahmed was carrying 6000 pieces of gold on her way to NY nor that she was on the FBI watch list, can anyone please tell me HOW she was caught?

Your post just reminded me of a strange incident that I recall from ohhhh about thread 3 or 4.

There was a taxi driver who drove two ME's from (I think) California to someplace in the Mid West (maybe Minneapolis). If I recall this happened sometime in the winter or early spring of this year. The ME's supposedly told the taxi driver that they didn't have enough identification, when he asked why they weren't taking an airplane.

No I didn't know about the 6,000 pieces gold. I don't recall any difinitive info. on how she was caught.
