nwctwx has downloaded this one and it is the same as the one on the 29th. Have you been over to ATS? Now there are 3 tapes 2 the 29th and now this one.
Not sure what any of this means!!!!!
It is the same tape as the one released on July 19th (the 'supposedly' encoded message tape) from as-Sahab (Clouds) Enterprise.
