The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.
"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."
We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Thank you so much. I'm often a sentimental slob, but this is Olympic level stuff.

Thanks for the ping and the rebuttal info. Oh, well, never mind. But doesn't mean that a nuke wasn't found and defanged. Hey, it is the threatmatrix:>> You are correct to a point. Absence of evidence is not alway evidence of absence. However, IMHO, when someone brings in erroneous, unqualified information in support of a thesis like this, I am then concerned with the veracity of that thesis and am less likely to believe it.

"During the past 90 minutes weve detected a series of serious (Ill define this in a later post.) anomalies centered east south/east of the Great Lakes Region in Southwest New Hampshire, United States and at a depth of 10km. Please ping me with what ever he is calling 'anomalies'. Sounds like more bogus earthquake stuff. Thanks.

Thanks. It seemed that a small double spike could be a natural signature to the event.
If you need a good double spike for reference, I'll dig one up for you. The Galapagos seismograph history is full of them.
I'll trust your judgement as to the geological issues.
Thanks again!

I will do so, but in the meantime, if we can get information from someone in the area as to whether outages have occurred or not it could save us both some effort.

What is it, power outages? and at a depth of 10 kilometers? This is confusing.

Here is a reponse that has been posted since I last checked....
"...went to the website for the town of Peterborough, NH and called the number for the town clerk and a young lady told me that all of southwestern NH towns have reported power outages for around 1/3 of the State. There are also reports of this happening at the same time in Vermont, New York and Massachusettes. Here´s the contact information where I got this information, http://www.ci.peterborough.nh.us/
Robert Lambert, Town Clerk (email link)
1 Grove Street, Peterborough, NH 03458 603 924-8000 Ext 105"
I cannot, however, vouch for the credibility of the poster or the information.
