Relax, you are out of danger, the ship has been moved out into the Atlantic now. Assume a worst-case scenario, a nuke is on board and goes off. It is too far from the coast for the blast to have a severe effect, the main concern would be fallout. Radiation exposure would be fairly minimal(you have to factor both intensity and length of exposure), so the biggest risk is ingestion of fallout. Just throw out exposed food, wash off packaging/containers, and then the food that was sealed should be fine. You do have bottled water, correct?

Read through some of those nuke survival pages and you'll see that other than for the immediate blast area, a nuke attack is very survivable. And of course, there is a 99.9999% likelihood that nothing will happen.
