Apparently this is a primary choosing the R and D candidates for the November elections.
You didn't oversleep. The district McKinney will represent is so heavily Dim that the Repub candidate won't have a snowball's chance in he** to beat her.
For all practical purposes, McKinney won election to Congress yesterday.
The November election will be a mere formality in that race.
