Why would Cain want to run for the House in 2006? His Senate seat won't be up until 2010, at which time he will be considering his 2012 presidential run.
Obviously, what I'm saying is that Johnny Isakson will not get to 50% tomorrow, and will be forced into a run-off against Herman Cain, and that the pro-life Cain will defeat the pro-abortion Isakson in the lower-turnout run-off and go on to victory in November.
But to answer your question, I think Cain lives in the Atlanta suburbs, and the only safe seats he could run for will have Republican incumbents who won't be going anywhere.
