I am 99.9% sure that the target map (Post No. 1362) is not lower Manhattan. First, the building right smack in the middle (just to the right of OBL's staff), looks like the Empire State Building ("ESB"), which is located on 34th and 5th. The top of the building is a dead giveaway. Second, 34th street runs across Manhattan, which on the map, would be from the lower left (west side) to the upper right (east side). The blue along the top of the map is the East River and the blue along the bottom of the map is the Hudson River. Third, near the bottom right of the map, the streets run at a 45 degree angle to the rest of the streets, which is what you would find in the Greenwich Village/West Village area beginning just about 14th Street and 9th Ave., which is on the SSW of Manhattan or the lower right of the map. Fourth, if you look at the streets running from the lower left to upper right of the map (west to east), some appear darker and more pronounced than the others. These are the major thoroughfares, which have two-way traffic as opposed to one way traffic. Using the ESB as a point of reference, the next two-way street to the left on the map (moving north in Manhattan) is 42nd Street. The end of OBL's staff points to Bryant Park, which lies between 5th and 6th Aves and 41st and 42nd Street. The target located below the end of the staff, slightly to the left is where the Port Authority Bus Terminal is located on 8th Ave and 42nd Street. Now follow 42nd to the east (to the upper right on the map), and there is a dark red mark, right near the blue (East River), which is exactly where the UN Plaza is located. (Looking at the map again, the UN Building does not appear to be a target, but rather is simply noted in red). Now head back west on 42nd Street (towards the lower left on the Map)from the UN Plaza, and focus on the target located closest to the UN Plaza on the left. That's Grand Central Terminal at 42nd and Park Ave. Now go back to the ESB on 34th and 5th. Take 34th Street West (to the lower left on the map) and the first target almost directly below and slightly to the left of the ESB is where you would find Penn Plaza, the home of Penn Central Station, Madison Square Garden (GOP Convention), and WABC Radio (where Rush, Sean, Levin, and Laura broadcast from), which is located on 33rd between 7th and 8th. Keep following 34th to the west (lower left on map),and you run smack into the Jacob Javits Civic Center, near the Hudson River, located at 33-34th Street and 10th and 11th Ave.

The point is that I'm near certain the map in central Manhattan. In summary, here are the targets moving left to right, which is slighty different than my earlier post (No. 1422), because I previously included certain buildings in red that do not have an orange target near them and I screwed up on one of the streets. OK, here goes: Lincoln Center, Port Authority Bus Terminal/Times Square, Jacob Javits Convention Center, Grand Central Station, Penn Station/Madison Square Garden, not sure (approx. 20th Street and 9th Ave.), not sure (approx. 38th Street and 2nd Ave), not sure (approx. 28th and 5th), Greenwich Village/West Village, not sure (approx. 28th and 2nd), not sure (approx. 14th and Lexington Ave).

Please note the following: The first one, which I ID'ed as Lincoln Center, is not a perfect fit. The target is closer to the location of the Sheraton Hotel on 7th Ave, where alot of VIP's stay (GOP Convention?). The fourth target, which I ID'ed as Grand Central Station, appears to sit slightly north of Grand Central, which is where the Waldorf Astoria Hotel is located, where a lot of VIP's also stay. Some of the "not sures" could also be hotels.

I appologize for the length of the post, but this could be important.

I was up early this morning when StillProud found and
posted the picture. I asked her if she could inform us
of some of the sub-titles on the video that was released.
She was having to do it frame by frame. As soon as she

I concur with those locations. The Brooklyn Bridge position was bothering me, but after looking at maps it makes sense. The stick points to a location not already aflame? Same with the Pass. ship Term. and some others?

Rockafeller Centre is on fifth or sixth Avenue, somewhere in the fifties streets. About five blocks south of the southern end of central park, if that helps?

Its the "red building" about 2/3rds down the staff from left to right.

For the 'not sure' locations, are there other potential targets within a several block radius? Reason for asking is that with the difficulty you and others have had because of the map quality, those 'not sure' locations could be best placements by those who created the image too.

I actually had the video Monday night. I sent it to JTTF and SP as I could not understand what was being said....SP found the code and let the same contact know about it. And she is right, that was more than 24 hours ago...almost 48 since I had the video.
