The congressman may be a former congress memeber, I didn't hear his complete title I'm sure you mean Congressman John Culberson with a B not a V. He took over the Texas 7th when Bill Archer retired as Chairmen of Ways and Means after 30 years in Congress. Culberson as been all over INS and the Border Patrol for several years.
BTW the only other Congressman the 7th has ever had was George H. W. Bush.
