The bench outside the Transport Museum does not face the museum directly but is at a right angle to it. Also at a right angle to the museum and therefore parallel to the bench is a coffee shop. There are actually two benches, back to back but it's the one facing the coffee shop which is expsosed to the webcam - the camera is actually on the front of the coffee shop, above the door. So it's possible to keep an eye on the bench whilst staying out of sight and drinking a nice coffee!
PS: If you ever get him to agree to wait for you at the bench, give me the date and time of when he is supposed to be there as far as in advance as possible. I may have some people who are willing to go to the coffee shop and take backup photos of the guy in case the webcam isnt good enough.
He has asked me for my phone number...I used the deaf excuse....he asked for my fax number so I sent him one that comes to my email. I really don't think this is the same guy....his attitude is much better now.
Probably not. They work in teams....scammer A gets you on the hook (so he thinks) and then he passes you onto an accomplice, scammer B (who probably has more experience) pretending to be scammer A. It doesnt matter as long as you get one of those guys in front of the webcam.

He will probably send you a fax of his "documents". If not, then he just wanted the number as a sort of confirmation of your identity.
He took a long to get back to me after I sent him my fax info....but here is the latest. I am gonna get my picture!!!

Gotta be careful though. Sometimes they get cute about their picture by ignoring your instructions and send you some sort of phony scanned photo from a magazine article, or a badly photoshopped pic. If he does that, you will have to "slap" him.
In any case dont push him towards the webcam untill he sends you his photo. One thing at a time. If you push him too far by making too many demands on him all at once, he could refuse to send you any photos (happened to me before). Dont want to lose the photo he has already agreed to send.
Get that photo first, then set up the meeting (that is if he still insists on a face to face meeting in London) in front of the webcam. If he agrees to that, then set a date far enough in advance so that I can try to get the Londoners to be there to take his photo as well :-)

I forgot all about this....I figured out that the guy wasn't the original "Joshua"....but in any case he never sent the photo.....I totally forgot about it.
Maybe I should re contact.
