It's gotten to the point in this country where you can't even trust doctors anymore.
My last trip (for a sprained ankle), the Stasi nurse was using some psychological tricks to get me to say that I injured my ankle during a fight, instead of falling down some stairs.

And I don't use those grocery store discount cards and pay cash for by groceries. I "use" them, but only to muck up their databases.
There are many creative ways to do this :-)
