Who cares? Sorry if I sound harsh, but LA has been screwed up for a long time. Nothing short of several tons of explosives and live ordnance, properly applied, could make the place livable again.

Plus deport a host of third-world types, commies, fellow travelers, gangbangers, and nut cases. When I was a kid LA was a nice place to live, but over 20 yrs of the sorry a$$ Bradly administration screwed it up badly. The voters in LA don't have the sense to elect someone like a Sam Yorty and it is too easy to move out of the city and commute, so it just continues to be screwed up. There no doubt will be another riot sometime soon. When it happens, I hope the military is sent in and martial law declared--with looters shot on sight. We are in a state of war, we don't need a bunch of social misfits and cry babies helping to stir up trouble.
