If Kerry does win, what really concerns me is the future makeup of the Supreme Court. There have been no new appointments in ten years, and it stands to reason that there could be several vacancies in the next four years. Can you say Chief Justice Hillary Clinton? (without choking)

No. The scary thing is it will be yet another ashtray battle in that house; S(l)ick Willie also wants that honor, and his temp disbarrment just so happens to end in 2005.

I think I might be more concerned about the Supreme Court than the WOT. Believe it or not. For all of Kerry's international talk, there's a chance he'll act tough when he gets in (plus it may only be 4 years.) But his SC picks (Hillary Clinton) could last 30 years!
