The article doesn't say how long the bags/packages sat, but I bet somewhere close by was a terrorist closely watching his wristwatch.I recall the original article about the mysterious suitcases and concluded either (a) our enemy is probing and practicing for the real thing; or (b) some sicko(s) is playing games. But here's what bothers me about the terrorist angle: Why would a terrorist care how long the bags/packages sit undisturbed when the MO of the past has been suicice/homicide bombings in a quest for the 72 virgins.
