For your info, in case you missed it, that week or close there were accidents of tankers in other states on I-95 and some were deliberate, if you consider being run off the road to crash and burn by a woman in a white vehicle, who left the scene.

ELMO—A stop by the Texas Department of Public Safety Licensing and Weights Division late Tuesday night on Interstate 20 at a weigh station past the Kaufman/Van Zandt County Line led to the detention of a Pakistani national and the investigation of suitcases to determine any possible link to the substance anthrax.
The Pakistani man, Yaseen Yar Khan, 27, was traveling with another male along Interstate 20 in a rented truck when the he was detained by DPS.
