Folks who carry baggage usually have something in them. This one clinches it for me. We are definitely being probed for weaknesses.

On the good side, since there was no attack, vigilant citizens and security have prevented this one from materializing.

This is not the first time for dry runs with suitcases in NY. I'll have to check and see if I saved the previous stories, there have been several around the country.
