What gets me is that there are so many different posts know that come back to around the 11th or 15th. Did you see SP's article...the 11th? EOM...The 11th. Now the sudden increase in government warnings and reports that Security has visably increased in NYC again. Kind of worrys me a bit.
I actually tried to goto the C&NV board (using Firefox, not IE to save my PC if there were any Active-X nasties there), and there isn't any content aside from one post - not related to EOM.
Sooooo, if this EOM post WAS there - it's been removed.
Of course, "EOM" has made empty threats for 3 years now. My hunch is this time won't be any different. (Actually, I think we're dealing with the knockoffs at this point as there is no way to verify if it really is "EOM" posting or not).
With that said, I've had a certain feeling of "uneasyness" since sometime yesterday..something doesn't quite feel "right" to me, FWIW.
My best guess on the next attack is one on the energy sector - to cripple the economy further. Possible attacks on reactors, oil supply, etc. Possible WMD with bio (anthrax and/or ricin) & suitcase nuclear weapons - IF the rumors are true and they have at least one or two..or, even worse - some old, Rusky warheads smuggled out of Soviet bloc countries.
But the 11th is a Sunday
If AQ's goal is kill as many people as possible, then July 11 is probaly not the date unless they plan on blowing up a stadium. Why? Because the 11th is a Sunday and weekends in NYC, particularly in the summertime, are relatively quiet and unconjested. The 15th, in contrast, is a work day, and so you can count both the locals and the millions of daily commuters as targets.
