I have never used opera..So I can say much about it...It cost money as far as I know. I have had IE do some bad stuff to me...I have also seen others who have been wacked while using it...So I pretty much stay away from it. Never had a bad experience with Netscape 4.7 until it just got to old to work at a lot of sites. When it quit working properly at FR then I switch to Mozilla. Now Firefox by Mozilla is all the rave. So I am tring that. It works pretty good. And by clicking on "Tools" and extensions then you can add a google bar(amoung other things) which I am told is the latest rave in IE. So why not give it a try. It less than 5megs to download and it will import all of your IE settings and favorites the first time you open it...If you ask it too.

Hi all,
I've been very busy lately looking for a job and tending my lavender, which is doing nicely BTW.
On ABC radio tonight, John Loftus was trying to say something to the effect that Kadaffi will be spilling the beans in New York this coming September on his cooperation with Iraq to build nuclear weapons. Batchelor kept cutting him off, so I didn't get everything Loftus was trying to say.
Basically, it sounded like we are keeping the wraps on all the nuclear stuff we found at Tulwaitha (which was just shipped back to the US a few days ago) because no one will believe it if it comes from Bush. By letting khadafi tell the story, it will be viewed as legit, coming from a muslim source.
This brought me back to one of the old pics from early in the year, with the bull that had a face on it that was bleeding over New York and had bin laden in a suicider vest. I know some thought that the face was khadafi. A dot revisited?
Would this make any sense? The warnings we are getting now refer to an attack in Europe with the big nuke attack on New York in Septemeber?
I don't know if Khadafi's revelations were going to be in connection with the Republican Convention or not. Like I said, Batchelor kept cutting Loftus off.
Anybody else know anything about Khadafi being scheduled to speak in New York for any reason in september? A UN speech maybe?
On another note, I did a quick google on the Treaty of Westphalia and found some interesting historical notes.
It seems it is viewed as the basis for the modern nation state as this quote states from

Later, the article states that with the advent of the European Union, the treaty has been broken:
"The Peace of Westphalia gave birth to a fragmented central Europe rather than a unified continent," said Charles Frazee, Professor of Church History at the Episcopal Theological School at Claremont (California), Professor Emeritus of History at California State University at Fullerton, and historical consultant to the "Secret Treaties" exhibition. "It took 300 years, Bismarck's wars, and now the creation of the European Union for that treaty to be broken and to reverse the international order it established."
I don't know if it really means anything, but it struck me as strange.

There are many ignorant people in this world these days. They take there freedom for granted. They abuse it and they they think that there could never come a time when they are without it. They think it is there God given right to have it and yet they have no use for God...Go figure. I may not have lived durring those WWII days, but I can relate to it. I think one of the shows that helped me best with that was "The Waltons". I remember how they would sit around and warm up that old tube radio and everyone would listen for the latest news. And I can imagine that in those days it was not just a soap radio program that people were listening to for there latest amusment. I imagine that each of you knew that your very survival as a country depended on it. Your country...Your house...your land....your freedom, and your very way of life were all hanging on the events that transpired, and your loved ones who where fighting to preserve it. Am I close?
Just a further indictment to the illegitimacy of the international court.

Yes it is. We stand alone with Israel, and I for one am glad to be on their side. It also further supports the message to Israel by AQ that they will take us down first so they can roll across Israel. If we fall the world better realize that Israel WILL be pushing buttons.

I'm also glad we stand with Israel.
I was very dissapointed when the state department undercut the President on his stand for no right of return for palestinians earlier in the year. He made bold statements that should have been left to stand with no medling by the state department.
I sincerely hope for a major house cleaning at both the state department and the cia after Bush is re-elected in november.
