No idea who the poster was. You don't need to register in order to post at CN&V2 and you can use any name (even EOM) you like. It does log the posters IP address - tonight's post was from someone using RoadRunner internet service. I couldn't get a fix on the exact location, but it was likely somewhere on the east coast. "EOM" usually used an anonymous proxy when posting messages there.
