You sound like you have confidence in some areas of government, which I do also but... Let me just say that we can probably agree that we will get attacked again despite all our best efforts. We just can't keep looking everywhere, and the terrorists will zero in on our weak links. I think we cannot help but grow weary and dilute our financial and human resources over all the possibilities. That is what al qaeda is counting on.
