"I will never cower before any master nor bend to any threat"
FBI urges vigilance for July 4
WASHINGTON (AP) -- A constant stream of intelligence indicating that al Qaeda wants to strike the United States this summer or fall has led federal officials to urge increased vigilance during the Independence Day weekend, but there is no specific threat of an attack timed to the holiday.

Re- Russia and China
First, it seems they will work together, possibly after AQ conveniently "hits" the US with Russian and Cuban WMD.
2004-07-03 11:17 * RUSSIA * CHINA * DEFENSE MINISTRY * VISIT *
VICE CHAIRMAN OF CHINESE CENTRAL MILITARY COMMISSION ARRIVES IN RUSSIA JULY 5
MOSCOW, July 3 (RIA Novosti)
Vice chairman of the Chinese Central Military Commission Colonel General Guo Boxiong arrives in Russia on July 5, the Russian Defense Ministry's press service told RIA Novosti.
"He is scheduled to meet with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov. They are to consider the development of Russian-Chinese military and military-technical relations," the press service said.
The sides will discuss key international problems, in particular, security in the Asia-Pacific region, the Defense Ministry reported.
Moreover, Guo Boxiong will attend the General Staff Military Academy.
He will leave Russia on July 9.

RE:What happens if we pull out of Saudi?
AQ wants us to send our forces in, to secure the Oil- after which they plan to crush us from several sides.
jUST GOT UP, still clearing my head etc.
But began to feel about 30-40 hours ago that we wouldn't have a massive attack this holiday. A very prayerful sister at church felt the same thing. We shall see.
I still think that any delays just mean more stored and added on for later.
But it really feels like the prayer warriors have altered what would have otherwise happened this holiday weekend. A week or 3 ago, there was a LOT of travail amongst a lot of intercessors.
Sooooo, we shall see. Upwards and onwards, for the present.
And back to weaving, for me.
Re- subways
Last summer- "trial run" for two consecutive nights in the Philly Subway systems. The empty bottles were left next to emergency exits and ventilation systems.
Said to be a prank.
Do they think we are stupid?
Cindy- What do you make of the picture of the sky showing criss-crossing jet trails? It does not seem to fit into the usual pattern.
Ships and water again. Amazing how the events are correlating with the statements made almost a year ago....
Any reports on what was happening at LAX yesterday?
Hi freeperfromnj-
Even though I took off yesterday (partly because the library was closed :) ) and partly to enjoy the beach and celebrations...
My mind has still been working on this stuff in the wee-hours.
I keep thinking about the 5 Nuclear plants in PA on high alert- being guarded by State Police and by National Guard, for the holiday weekend.
I keep thinking about all the chemical plants and storage facilities in the Northern Jersey area, as well as the incidents occurring in the train corriders between NYC,Philly, and DC.
Am glad to hear that Jersey will have teams ready for WMD- but I am wondering why civilian teams that have to be trained?
Not a thing that I could find. I wonder if whatever it was occured outside of lax.
IMO they may have had plans to hit nuclear facilities but our people thwarted them.
The tiny bit we here at TM figure out is probably miniscule compared with what the PTB know. After all, we aren't accessing Echelon or interviewing captured AQ operatives...
I guess there are some things us peons just don't need to know...
I checked every LA news channel last night, but nothing reported.
From my posts, Kylastarr, BurbankKarl and Cindy there appeared to be a lot of military aircraft cruising around at high speed late last night.
sheeple 'r us
That is the 1,000,000.00 question.
Off-topic- China/Taiwan/US/Russia
Sean used to post here- and occasionally I find something that he has written. He posted this yesterday. Quite interesting, to say the least. It is from a forum called "The Final Phase".
"I think the larger threat to China and the DPRK is the arrival in the ROK of the ten Nighthawks.
With reference to Red China...
Put yourself in the shoes of the PLA General Staff... your primary enemy has just placed ten nuclear capable stealth aircraft within two hours flying time of both your capital city and the densely packed military preparation zone opposite the coast of Taiwan.
Behind them are at least 4 US Carrier Strike Groups, also nuclear capable, with another two CSG's further away but also within reach on short notice.
You are advising your chief military ally (Russia) that 7 such CSG's may be enroute to your location.
And behind this is a multilayer strategic depth of thousands of US landbased, seaborne and airborne nuclear warheads - the full triad of strategic nuclear muscle.
And you know that one of your general staff has previously threatened to nuke Los Angeles California if the US involves itself in a conflict with China over Taiwan. You know that the US National Military Command knows this as well.
In light of all this are you :
A.) feeling froggy enough to go ahead and jump without the approval of your most erstwhile military ally who has as much to loose as you do --- over Taiwan?
OR
B.) are you willing to sit back and bide your time until things are more advantageous to your own planned blitzkrieg first strike capability against Taiwan, the result of which any US military intervention then is after-the-fact, a moot point and not worth los Angeles?
With reference to the DPRK...
A.) without China and Russia back you up you are just so much dead meat against what the USA has already put within minutes of your heartland and you have to determine if you are suicidal or not.
I smell the return of gun boat diplomacy combined with carrot and stick diplomacy. I see the US acting like a super power should in a very dangerous world that gets more dangerous by the month.

In light of Sean's post-
Could China be waiting for AQ to "hit" the US- thus paving the way for them to access Taiwan?

IRAN threatens U.S. with "Global Retaliation"
story.news.yahoo.com/news...121811&e=4
Iran's supreme leader warns US of global retaliation to any attack
TEHRAN (AFP) - Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned the United States that any attack on the Islamic republic's interests would be met with a global response.
"If the enemy attacks our scientific, natural, human or technological interests, the Iranian people will cut off its hand without hesitation and place in danger the interests of the aggressor everywhere in the world," he told a gathering in the western city of Hamedan.
According to the official news agency IRNA, the all-powerful guide was responding to US allegations that Iran was damaging Washington's interests.
The United States, often simply referred to by Iranian leaders as the "enemy", accuses Iran of seeking to develop nuclear weapons, supporting terrorists and supporting insurgents in Iraq (news - web sites).
Treat each day as one of limitless potential and promise.
