Of course she's gonna do it!

She got to ride in a race car at an Atlanta Marlboro Hot Wheels event and was thrilled at that. And then won the prize -- trip for 2 to attend racing school. Won it on Father's Day. Hopes to take my brother (her dad) but my brother may not be able to get off work on the dates given. (Her twin brother is claiming dibs on being her second choice to take on the trip! LOL)

Last I heard, she doesn't yet know if she gets to go to the school in California or Florida. 5 days, 4 nights, I think.

I don't know one race car driver from another, so I'm dragging this out of my foggy memory bank, but I think it was Rick Mears who gave her the prize certificate at the Atlanta event. (Whoever it was, she was also thrilled 'cause she got his autograph.) ;)

eeeeeeeeeeek!! Just the thought makes my hair stand on end! I'm such a wuss. LOL!

I hope she has a great time. Hubby's done it before (years ago) and says it's a real thrill.
