A more realistic "tin foil" theory would be "crashing mothership" or "mini-blackhole". Perhaps we can work contrails into this.

My hubby and daughter just got back from scouting out around town, evidently people were out all over, and radio reports are coming in statewide and in Wisconsin that it was "probabable seismic activity".
