And Carlos Boozer is doing very well for my Cavs.
$710.96... The price of freedom.
Raptors pick Rafael Arujlo(SP) from BYU.
The Yahoo capsule had him going anywhere in the first round from the lottery to the 20s. I guess Toronto likes his size althought he is described as slow.
Grant Hill was good with the Pistons(when healthy), but I never thought that trade would be so one-sided.(Ben Wallace)
c'mon sixers. jameer, jameer, jameer! don't buy into the big-school bribe hype!
I saw the interview with that book author on O'Reilly. He's claiming the crimes he's talking about are violent crimes... 3 game suspensions by the NBA, but guilty when they go to jury.
Yikes!!! I did not know that about the NBA crime book. David Stern is going to do major damage control.
You are right although Orlando has been ruined with his inability to play and not wanting to retire. In Grant's defense Orlando knew his foot was a problem when they signed him to that megadeal.
They already are. (NBA) Giving the gossip columnists "dirt" on him... he also did a study on crime in the NFL - it was 20% not 40%.
Sixers: Andre Iguodala - Arizona. 9th pick.
YES, a shooting guard! bye bye Allen!
In other news...
VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Todd Bertuzzi of the NHL's Vancouver Canucks was charged Thursday with assault for a sucker punch that left Colorado's Steve Moore with neck injuries and prompted widespread criticism of hockey violence.
The charges, assault causing bodily harm, were announced by the criminal justice branch of the ministry of the attorney general after an investigation that lasted four months.
Police had completed their investigation in mid-April, but at the time prosecutors said they wouldn't speculate on how long it might take to decide whether to press charges.
Bertuzzi has been ordered to appear in provincial court July 9.
Andre Iguodala(sp) from Arizona goes to Philly.
Who????
I remember that. THe NFL claimed that 20% figure was in line with males in the NFL age range.
He played two year at Arizona. He is an Illinois native. Could be another Scottie Pippen.
Yahoo has a nice site with the draft order and pages for the players drafted.
No nice surprises yet...
Forward, Arizona. Comparing him to Pippen. Say he's a "freak of an athlete" but he needs to work on his jump shot. Say if you get the ball up near the rim, near him, and he'll get it in.
