The poor Freepers in the cubicles are missing one heck of a speech. Bush is finally on fire!!!
"Can anyone visualize the French looking basset hound giving a speech like this?"
I'm trying, but it's just not possible.
I think the more Bush is around the military the more he feeds on them!!!
He would have to find a personality first
OOOOh what's he saying about the president?
"We will not let thugs and killers stand in the way of democracy in Iraq."
He forgot to mention librats.
CNN and MSNBC are also carrying this.
GWB needs to start getting these kinds of speeches into the general public. All 3 cable nets only cover, at most, maybe 5-6 million. Not enough people are hearing the good speeches, like this one. [Many may be listening via radio, but I've never seen stats on radio coverage.]
Speaks of transition in Iraq coming up in less than two weeks.
Iraqis assuming responsibility for their own country.
We will not let thugs and killers stand in the way of democracy in Iraq.
applause
Essential Iraq have self-defense. Training--there's more work to do, they need to work better, "I know that". We're helping to prepare a new generation of Iraqi military commanders.
This is a major speech...So glad I can watch..
Hitting on Al Queda link again...Go W!
Speaks of the Killer Zarqawi,
And "By the way, he was there before we arrived in Iraq", he's an Al Qaeda associate who was operating out of Baghdad before we went in.
good point and thanks for the correction
Just zinged the media, on Aquida and Iraq being in league with each other.
Bush needs to extend beyond his base. I wonder when he will do that??
I got spooked once during the Reagan funeral week when the President's plane took off and you could clearly see what clearly looked like a metal bar fell off.
Are we super-edgy these days? Oh, dear, I'm praying all the time for this war-time administration and the good, brave president and his people in charge of it.
Leni
That's gold!
Kerry's mommy's gonna have to buy him a new bike to cheer him up today.
