Don't worry about a thing Dougy! The unhinged left-wing mob has nothing on you. Your right to make Clinton jokes on the web is protected by the first amendment (which is in turn protected by Rehnquist, Scalia, O'Conner, Thomas, and Anthony Kennedy.) They've got nothing on you, absolutely nothing!
I'm coming up on 14 or 15 years as a vegetarian myself; it's right for me but I will not preach to others either (much!). My hubby eats vegetarian at home, only because I do all the cooking, and he has no complaints.

I do eat fish sometimes. Salmon is good for your heart. For about a year when I changed my diet, I didn't even eat fish. Then I started eating some shark. I figured that he would eat me if given the chance, so screw 'em.
Yes. I made a mistake, and said something I shouldn't have. Seeing as how my house was under the flight path of where he would be flying in for a Seattle visit, they took it a bit seriously.
In hindsight, I don't blame them.

and the second visit was stupid - I made a post on another web forum (MSNBC) where the title/subject was "Kill the President..." and inside it read "... is not something you should ever say or you'll be in trouble" or somethig like that.
Some people freaked at the title, didn't read the post, claimed I was advocating something, and it ballooned into a little visit (and based on my previous history is also sort of understandable)...
Yes, it was understandable.
I know and she is not the only one by a long shot.
But I AM better behaved now. Which is probably why I'm not hated at DU (of which I am jealous of, by the way) ;0)
It goes well beyond the underworld of rodents. Some years back I was a regular caller to Susan Estrich on a weekend talk show she had in Los Angeles. We actually had some civil discussions. Her audience, of course, hated me. On two occasions, she did an hour on WHY YOU HATE DOUG FROM UPLAND. It was funny stuff. One of the things they couldn't handle was that I actually called a spade a spade. No, wait. I called a rapist a rapist.
LOL... a whole hour on that? Wow! I am impressed!
