No kidding. If somebody fails to put in the marking technology, somebody ought to get canned. I'd load that guy up with micro chips like confetti sprinkles on a doughnut.

Funny you should mention that. The show formerly known as Art Bell had a woman on last night explaining these tags...

My local radio station re-runs the last 3 hours before tonight's program.

The "commercial" RFID tags outside the body are only good up to about 30 feet. Extremely less, in the RF absorbing human body. Or animal.
