They think THEY are the patriots, because they destroy all our (wrongly-held) beliefs before the Islamofascists have the opportunity, creating a sort of scorched-earth that the Jihadists would not even WANT.
News flash. The Jihadists live in a part of the world that, for the most part, is ALREADY "scorched earth". Even the worst aspect of America is vastly better than anything they have known in their lives.
