The Green Party tried to interupt our Support Our Troops Rally today in Greeley, Colorado. We had a permit, they didn't, so we dropped a dime on them and the the police came and threw them off the corner..........ROTFLMAO!!

Rule number 1, get a permit. LOL! Today I was joined by FReepers weldgophardline and Fire Engine Red as we took over the corner of 35th Avenue and 10th Street. We knew the Green Party was coming to protest the war, the President and Imperialism. We got a permit and beat them to the corner.
There we were having a great Support Our Troops Rally when the greenies showed up. They decided to stand in front of us on both the corners we were occupying. Fire Engine Red had her hands full on her corner, but she stood her ground as they surrounded her with their signs. A couple of greenies came over to stand in front of weldgophardline and I. I said to them, "Oh, the Green Party! Marxists and Communists! Drill A.N.W.R!!"
We asked the leader if they had a permit and he said "I don't need a permit to protest, I know the law!". We advised him he needed a permit, they were disrupting our rally, and we would call the police if they didn't leave us alone. "Go ahead and call them!", "Ok!" so I walked over to my truck, grabbed my cell phone and did.
Ten minutes late an officer showed up and had a little chat with the leftists. One minute late backup arrived and three officers gave them the ultimatum. Leave, Now! The photo's are awesome!!!!! CardCarryingMemberVastRightWC should be posting them for us soon.
(Hey greenie leftist lurkers, I'll bet you are crying in your Fat Tire Beer by now. LOL!! How does it feel to be FReeped?)

This is what happened to us on Martha's Vineyard. They stood in front of us and next to us and made our protest look like theirs (not Green Party but pro-Hillary types). Except that the cops were not helpful. I guess in Massachusetts even the cops are communists.
