You are still allergic. The severity of the reaction increases with each sting. I, unfortunately, have been stung more than ten times and am down to a couple of minutes to inject myself or die. I don't know why I've been stung so often I avoid them and the damn things just find me. If you haven't been stung since third grade your next sting will most likely not be too severe. However, you should expect more swelling and itching than you got in third grade.

Swelling or itching was nothing. I remember being unconscious and groggy for days.
